Victoria believes the decision to explore therapy illuminates your strength. She also believes that it takes an incredibly self-aware and courageous person to acknowledge that whatever they are carrying may be a bit too heavy to handle on their own. Whatever your unique circumstances are, it is important to find a therapist that you deeply connect with; who you feel heard, seen and supported by and who has the skills, experience and genuine compassion necessary to help you find your path to change, growth and healing.


Victoria received her masters degree in Clinical Social Work and obtained two post graduate certificates in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Advanced Clinical Practice from New York University.  She is also a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider and a hospital trained sexual assault and domestic violence survivor advocate. 


Victoria follows a holistic approach to wellness. She is keenly aware of the full range of emotional, mental, physical, environmental and spiritual influences that impact an individual’s overall wellness.  Her approach to therapy is eclectic, patient-centered, strengths-based and collaborative.  She incorporates various therapeutic modalities to assist you in achieving your self-identified goals. 


She recognizes that the human experience is complex and multifaceted. That each individual faces unique challenges in life and therefore, each therapeutic relationship is different. She tailors her work to your needs to assist you in generating meaningful changes that allow you to dig deeper, discover your authentic self and experience life more fully. This means that therapy with Victoria will never be “cookie cutter,” and will always be thoughtful, unique and genuine. 


Her work is culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirming and collaborative.  Her style is gentle, but authentic and direct. She aims to provide a therapeutic space that is a place of refuge from an often-turbulent world.  She believes that true healing and growth is cultivated in a safe and non—judgmental environment that permits individuals to be both present, curious, and genuinely themselves. 


Victoria firmly believe that mental wellness is not just the absence if bothersome symptoms, but the presence of positive internal resources that permit you to live life with more hope, freedom and possibility.
